PartVault is a reverse-engineering and documentation service built to help industrial organizations protect what keeps them running. We capture undocumented parts, convert physical components into accurate digital records, and create manufacturing-ready models and drawings that endure.

Existing Drawing Digitization
We take your existing paper or digital prints and convert them into fully modeled parts with new, high-quality PDFs that can be printed or sent to vendors as needed. Each drawing is assigned a revision number to ensure accuracy and allow for seamless updates in the future.
Physical Component Documentation
We manually capture and verify dimensional information from your mechanical components to create precise digital models. This ensures your maintenance and reliability teams have the accurate data they need to combat downtime, prevent obsolescence, and keep operations running smoothly.
3D Scanning
For parts with complex geometries, PartVault provides on-site or off-site 3D scanning services. All critical dimensions are manually verified to ensure a precise and reliable digital capture. This service can also support your reliability team during failure analysis and RCFA reporting.
Vault Curation
Vault Curation is the core of the PartVault mission. We not only create drawings—we maintain them. Through structured revision control and detailed documentation, we track what changes were made and why. The service doesn’t end at drawing generation; that’s where it begins.
On-Site Service
When parts can’t leave the facility, PartVault brings the tools to the field. We perform on-site measurement and 3D scanning to capture real-world geometry, wear, and interfaces directly from installed equipment or spares. This field-collected data is then translated into accurate, manufacturing-ready models and drawings, allowing critical components to be documented without disrupting operations.
